We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, location, and setup. For peak dates — Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, and holiday weekends — book as early as possible. We take on a limited number of proposals each month to give every couple the full attention they deserve.
Start by reaching out through our contact form. We'll have a brief consultation to understand your vision, confirm availability, and select your package. To officially secure your date, we require a $500 deposit and a signed contract. From there, Gina will guide you through every detail.
Surprise logistics are our specialty. We help you craft a completely believable cover story, plan the exact timing of her arrival, and coordinate with you in real time on the day. Gina stays out of sight until the moment is set. We've pulled off completely seamless surprises for every single one of our clients.
South Florida weather is part of the experience — and we always have a backup plan. We monitor weather closely leading up to your date and will coordinate with you on a contingency location or rescheduled time if needed. We never leave you without options on your most important day.
Yes — for locations that require permits (certain beach spots, parks, and public venues), we manage the permit coordination on your behalf. This is included in your package. Some private venues have their own requirements, which we'll walk you through during planning.
Your full edited digital gallery is delivered within 5 business days of your proposal. If you've added the Highlight Reel Video, that's delivered within 10 business days — color-graded, scored with music, and ready to share.
We primarily serve Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Aventura, Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys. For destination proposals outside South Florida, we are open to travel — reach out and we'll discuss availability and travel fees.
Absolutely. Our packages are starting points, not restrictions. During your consultation, we'll discuss your vision, preferred location, and any specific touches that matter to you — and build a final proposal design around that. No two setups are ever exactly alike.
